The balloon decorating strip is a clear polyethylene strip
with pre punched holes that hold up to 12 balloons per foot. Because the
holes are perfectly spaced you are able to create consistent looking balloon
decor. The old methods of tying balloons to a long string is gone.
The old method was difficult, time consuming and inconsistent. The Balloon
Decorating Strip is easy to use, reduces decorating time and is reusable.
The balloon decorating strip can be used
in a variety of way.
(1) Use helium and make a balloon arch. Use no helium if you
can hang from the ceiling.
(2) Wrap a pole by simply using balloons on only one side of
the strip
(3) Hang across the ceiling by tacking, taping or tieing from
two or more points on the ceiling.
(4) Hang the strip down from the ceiling by only taking taping
to one point on the ceiling.
(5) Use in a variety of other ways. (ie) tape, tack etc..
around all four walls. Make shapes on the wall such as hearts.

How to Use the Balloon Decorating
Strip
The balloon decorating strip is designed for latex balloons
5"-17". Balloons may be inflated with air or helium. Two hole sizes
are provided. The smaller for balloons 5" to 9" and the larger for 9" to
17". The clear polyethylene strip is practically invisible as it holds up
to 12 balloon per foot. You may or may not need to use all holes provided.
To attach balloons to the balloon decorating strip first inflate and tie the
balloons. Cut the strip to the desired length. Pinch the lip of the
balloon together and insert it into the appropriate hole of the balloon
decorating strip. Additional security may be obtained by pulling the knot
of the neck of the balloon through the hole. Attach balloons to one side
or both sides of the balloon decorating strip. However, to make an arch
use balloons on both sides of the balloon decorating strip. Skip holes if
the balloons are too tight. You can extend the balloon decorating strip by
simply interlocking two strips with balloons.
9" Latex Balloons will float for 6-10 hours.
11"-12" Latex Balloons will float for 15-24 hours.
Float times are reduced when using latex balloons filled with
helium outdoors.
