Privacy

When you place an order with us we collect certain information from you which may include your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card/debit information, e-mail address, tax exception number, business number and comments you make on your order.  This information is used only to verify the purchase, to ship the order or contact you about the order.  We do not sell or provide to a third party any information about you with the exceptions to our courier, shipping, freight or freight forwarder or broker required to ship the goods (shipping address, phone number and e-mail to get tracking sent to you) or information required to be passed along to the credit card or debit card processor in order to process the order.  All credit card processing is done on a secure server.  For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, (Paypal or Moneris), keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.  Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

If you e-mail us with questions we will respond to your e-mail, but will not collect those e-mail addresses and will not send you any e-mail beyond answering your question.  If you place an order we typically send out 1-2 unsolicited e-mails a year, typically for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day because of the importance of these two holidays.
