Search results compare our product descriptions, product titles and keywords and give you results based on the search terms you enter. By default the search results will match any word you enter. Therefore, sometimes you may get a lot of results. We always suggest entering fewer words to describe what you need for better search results. Example instead of "Large Dolphin Balloon" enter only "Dolphin".

You may also want to narrow down you search by checking the "All Words" button below the search bar. When you choose "All Words" every word must appear in either the product description, product title or keywords of the product for it to display in your search results. Choosing "All Words" will always give fewer results. In cases where you use search terms that we do not use you may get no results. For example if you enter "Large Pink Dolphin" and we use the name "Jumbo Mauve Dolphin" you will not see the balloon. For best results search by entering the fewest words such as only using the word "Dolphin".
